Fresh Beginnings!!
So for those of you you who don't know, we just recently made a very difficult move in our lives! We moved from our home in Mission Viejo to a house in Rancho Santa Margarita. This last year has been a very challenging one for our family, but we are pulling through. In this world today sadly a lot of families have been put in the same devastating situation we were in, we had to give our home back to the bank and it then up for auction and got SOLD to an investment company!! Just to be clear we did everything within our power to save what we had worked so hard for, but in the end even the miracle workers of the business got told the same things we were getting told, there is nothing you can do and you are better off just walking away! Seriously walk away from the 1st home we bought, and brought our kids home from the hospital to this house. In the end we know we made the right decision for our family, we were drowning and no one would throw us a life preserver. Don't get me wrong I am not throwing out the whoa is me card, because we signed on the loan that we did, but the business that Adam is in is not a good one and when you go from making a lot to a little, your bills don't magically disappear.
Packing up and leaving that house was extremely difficult and I shed a lot of tears over it, but I still have my family and we are STRONG and we are now trying to move on and move forward. The girls are adjusting very well and thankfully we found a place that would take Jax and Miss cleo.
We are all doing good, healthy and together and in the end that is all that matters!!

I too had to make the very painful and devastating decision to give up my home this past year. Due to a divorce and declining mortgage industry (I was in processing for 7 years) there was nothing I could do. It was the most painful (even more so than the divorce) decision I made.

In the end it is only money, it is only your credit and what matters most is your happiness and your family. I am glad you recognize that and I am thinking positive thoughts for you and your family. Stay strong and keep writing. You would be amazed at how much it helps to get it out! ;)

HI Adam and Jenn,
I am so very proud of you two. You have done a very difficult thing with your house and are moving forward with your lives. Adam, do you remember my Uncle Ben and Aunt Madeline (Marilyn's parents)? They faced the same challenges and lost their first home. Eventually, they both a new house and set about making a home there. I am so excited to know that you two are establishing another home that will be full of all the love and joy that you have in your hearts. God Bless you all.
